Empire Jerky takes the utmost care in producing and packaging our jerky under our Safe Foods Queensland accreditation and processes designed to be HACCP compliant for our future HACCP accreditation.
Our product is water activity tested multiple times during each batch and our packaging utilises nitrogen gas injection to prevent spoilage and allow us to retain a slight marbling within our meat without the risk of rancidity over time. As stated on our bags they must be kept in a cool, dry place and eaten within 3 days of opening.
While every care is taken in the packaging and shipping of our product, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or incorrect storage of the product once it has left our production facility.
If you are unhappy with the product you receive for any reason that is not directly related to the shipping/handling of the product once it's left our premises then you can return it to us along with proof of purchase to 3/166 Abbotsford Road, Bowen Hills QLD 4006 for a replacement shipped free of charge.
